I feel horrible for not posting. It’s been two weeks 😦 and so much has happened!
I sprained my ankle after a treadmill run. I was finishing up 2 miles and I didn’t stop until I finished. The pain was excruciating! I felt awful since I knew I couldn’t work out for at least 2 weeks.
In the meantime I had to keep eating Lean, Clean and Green so I made No Bake Energy Balls. They were so tasty and super easy and quick to make.
Here’s the recipe:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup blue agave nectar (substitute for honey)
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes.
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of chocolate granola (substitute for chocolate chips)
1 tsp vanilla
. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and let it chill in the fridge for 30mins
Once the mix is chilled, roll into balls and enjoy!
