I am absolutely excited to post this because this is my first steamer! Steaming foods is incredibly healthy for you and I’m glad that I get to experience this tasty new way of cooking!


I definitely wanted to try for dinner every kind of veggie that I I did LOL! I added baby carrots, asparagus, broccoli, string beans and already boiled chicken breast. I wanted to heat up the chicken breast but didn’t want to do that in the microwave.


The end result with brown rice! For an extra kick I added lemon and pepper seasoning to the chicken, veggies and rice. I also squeezed some fresh lime juice on everything and it was delicious!

I also used this meal as my M5 for the ToneitUp! Nutrition Plan. Hope you guys enjoy steaming foods as much as I do now!
